Pasta with Italian Sausage and Pumpkin Sauce
Perfect fall treat and if you like pumpkin you must try this! I didn't do any modifications to the recipe. I used sweet Italian sausage and it was delish!

Baked Teriyaki Chicken
This recipe is awesome! I doubled the recipe and had 4 smaller chicken thighs (boneless). I cooked covered with foil for 30min then flipped them and cooked covered still for 30 more min. Covering it made the meat so tender! I made the sauce before baking and let the thighs sit in it for about an hour. Think about doing that. Low sodium soy sauce would have been better, I just didn't have it, but I cut the regular soy sauce in half with water. This is so yum! This would be great to make in bulk for a party. I served over brown rice.

Shrimp Scampi Bake
Great recipe! I had gotten some shrimp on sale from our local Fresh Market and I wasn't really sure what I was going to do with it. I ended up using some of the modifications that were suggested below and it was great! I actually mixed up the ingredients and let the shrimp sit in it for about 40 min, I chopped up onions and added those as well because I love onions. I had large shrimp, so I baked them for 7 min and I also used the modification of broiling them for the last 3 min with breadcrumbs and parmasean cheese sprinkled over the shrimp mixture. I never know what to do with Shrimp and this was perfect. I loved the tang of the mustard (I used spicy brown mustard because that's what I had). Delicious!
