Turkey Brine

I had to make some substitutes but it turn out okay. My family didn't seem to notice a bif different because they said that the breast was still dry. Maybe will try to foil the breast next time.

Classic Peanut Butter Cookies

I followed the other advises and added more peanut butter and flour. My husband liked it but I didn't think it taste really good. It wasn't sweet enough and you can barely taste the peanut butter.

Melt-In-Your-Mouth Meat Loaf

I baked it but it's definitely a melt-in-your mouth. It tasted raw even though I baked it for over an hour and a half. And the seasoning made it taste funny. Probably won't make it again.

World's Best Lasagna

I normally don't eat lasagna but this was pretty good. I love cheese, so I added about 2lbs of cheese but It was great. I only use this recipes for making lasagna. Great for freezing too.

Chicken Cordon Bleu Casserole

Very salty and does not taste like cordon bleu. I made it twice changing the recipes to make it less salty but it was still too salty for my taste. Will probably not make again.

General Tao Chicken

This took a long time to make and it is not even close to General Tao chicken. The sauce is sour and the taste of ketchup is too strong. Will not make again. However, the breaded chicken taste pretty good by itself. I will never again make the sauce but I will definitely make the breaded chicken again.

Chantal's New York Cheesecake

This is a really great tasting cheesecake. I always end up making 2 cheese cake with this recipe. I read other review and I did follow the water bath direction. My cheesecake looks great with the water bath but it did crack when I didn't use one. Everyone love the cheesecake.

Crispy Fried Chicken

While it was crispy, I think I did something wrong. It kind of hurt my jaw to eat this, plus it was pretty tasteless. Also I could really taste was the sour buttermilk taste, maybe next time I will use a brine mixture with extra salt.
