Fabulous Cilantro Pesto

Reviewed: Jun. 29, 2011
Made this recipe exactly as its written and I LOVED it! The only thing I will do different next time is less Cayenne b/c I found it too hot. Otherwise, its a great alternative to regular basil pesto which costs so much more to make. Cilantro Pesto for me from now on! Great recipe!!!

Chinese Chicken Fried Rice II

Reviewed: Jan. 25, 2011
This recipe is a great way to start. I ended up adding about half a cup of peas, a sprinkling of ground ginger, 1 teaspoon sesame oil and about a tablespoon of teriyaki sauce. It was wonderful! Next time I make this, I'm also going to add another egg.

Slow Cooker Lemon Garlic Chicken II

Reviewed: Mar. 28, 2011
Absolutely wonderful! Recipe is four stars, as is but the way I did it would get it five. I made it with two chicken breasts. I added 1/4 cup white wine (as others suggested) and used 3/4 cup chicken broth instead of the bullion cube. Otherwise, I kept everything the same. Turned out delicious!

Portobello Mushroom Pasta

I made this without the bell pepper and with fresh spinach. I added some pepper. It was very good. Next time I'm going to add some garlic powder and it should be perfect.

Vegetarian Chickpea Sandwich Filling

Reviewed: Aug. 18, 2009
As it stands, this recipe is pretty bland. I am going to give it another shot with what some of the other reviewers have suggested. That should make it at least a four instead of a two and a half to three.

I love asparagus and goat cheese but did not love this recipe. The textures did not seem to go together well.
