Fried Mac and Cheese Balls

Very good! I didnt have time to freeze them so i just refridgerated for the 2 hours and they still came out fine... I also used just regular vegetable oil and was fine. The only thing was was the inside of the cheese ball was more stringy cheese rather than creamy i was looking for.

Pineapple Upside-Down Cake V

Very good! though i put the coconut down before the pineapple and it end up looking like i wished it would, so i would advise to put down the pineapple first. Also I used Duncan Hines Moist Golden cake, and it tasted a bit well, cake mixey. Next time I will definitely make the cake from scratch.

No Bake Peanut Butter Pie

Delicious! The filling is light but still peanut buttery, i swear i could eat a whole pie by myself! It set very well for me and kept well in he fridge, overall a great recipe, will make again and again.

GA Peach Pound Cake

Amazing! I followed the recipe exactly and it came out moist and delicious and sugar coating the pan gave the cake some crunch in contrast to the wonderful soft cake underneath. Will definetly make again. Great Summer cake to go along with a cold ice tea.

Little Mickey's Favorite Cheesecake

I made it a few minor changes to the recipe.... i didnt use the peanuts in the crust instead i put in 2 teaspoon of cocoa powder and about half a tablespoon of sugar (the balance out the bitterness of the cocoa)... definetly to much butter in the crust recipe... i was sopping up butter with a paper towel once i had my crust pressed into the pan. Also instead of chocolate chips I added 2 cups of chopped peanut butter cups. The filling was just a little too sugary for my preference and made the cheesecake a bit heavy when eating it. I also poured Magic Shell Chocolate Fudge topping over the top of the cake and let it set and decorated it with more chopped Reeses Cups. All in all my boyfriend loved it, definetly will make again.

the streusel was yummy... but it just started falling of the cake as i cut it... the cake was super dense and dry. nothing to call home about.

Lemon Squares I

These bars didnt work out so well for me.. i doubled the filling recipe and i tink i ended up cooking it for too long so the filling was so dense and there was a crunchy top layer that pretty much stuck off of the filling... but i cant imagine not doubling the recipe for the filling... there would be only crust! not the best but not terrible.

Carrot Cake III

I love this recipe. For Thanksgiving I made it in a bundt pan, and then covered it with cream cheese frosting and use the kraft foods website to decorate it to look like a pumpkin, stem and all! made it in a normal spring-form pan for easter and it wasn't as great... definitely better in the bundt pan. none the less a delicious recipe.

Banana Crumb Muffins

AMAZING! i love these muffins with all my heart! the topping gets a bit too crumbly so i think a bit more butter would be good, but darn these areso good just plain warm out of the oven.

Mini Cheesecakes III

I loved these! the lemon taste was something i wasnt expecting but very very delicious! a very big hit on mothers day. i topped them with stawberrys, blueberries and raspberrys tossed in a bit of sugar, perfection.
