Aunt Norma's Rhubarb Muffins

Reviewed: May 18, 2012
DELISH!! Made them a little healhier by using 1 1/2 C wheat flour 1 C white flour and substituting applesauce for the vegetable oil. I left out the walnuts. Like other reviewers, I did not have buttermilk so, I used soy milk and 2 t vinegar. Also, instead of the butter topping, I just sprinkled on some cinnamon and sugar. YUM YUM!

Gourmet Pretzel Rods

Reviewed: Dec. 3, 2011
We made our own caramel using 2 C sugar 1 C corn syrup 1 C butter and a can of condensed milk - Homemade caramel worked well, but next time I may try melting caramel candies..sounds a little easier. I was nervous the pretzels might be too sweet and stick to teeth but everyone LOVED them, and they looked cute!
