Salsa Chicken Rice Casserole

This simple recipe will please anyone with a craving for good old homemade fare. Perfect recipe as is, but if you're like me, I prefer to saute my onion first. If your kids are picky, then give this one a try. You might also want to try a King Ranch casserole if you like this one.

Although I've always loved this recipe, try topping with feta cheese (even blue cheese is good). You will be surprised how crazy people are for it!
