Incredible Chicken

Reviewed: May 26, 2011
Finally a chicken recipe that I can't mess up! I was looking for something easy and this is it. I had three boneless chicken breasts and I used them. .....pounded them down, sprinked the garlic salt on both sides and put plenty of brown sugar on both side of the chicken as well. I place in a casserole dish that was sprayed with Pam. Only cooked for 45 mins. My husband liked right away!! I am not the best cook..but this is one that I will make again!

Fettuccine Alfredo V

I liked this recipe. I cut the recipe in half as I only needed a small amount...was making the pasta as a side dish. AND I cut back on the garlic. I was serving this to my kids as well as myself and felt that 1 clove would be plenty. (someone else commented on that as well.) I also used half and half instead of heavy cream .....thought that I had the cream and realized that I did not. Had hoped that it would taste alright and it did. Will make again as my kids ATE IT UP!!!

Sweet And Sour Glazed Chicken

Reviewed: Nov. 11, 2009
I thought this recipe was good, easy and something different to do with chicken. I used chicken breasts instead of a whole chicken, and I didn't have a whole pack of dry onion soup mix so I used French's French Fried Onions. (who doesn't have those laying around!!!) My husband liked it and the kids. Will make again.

This was good. I really enjoyed it and was easy. Had all the ingrdients already except I thought that I had the tomato soup and didn't so I used an 8oz can of tomato sauce and a little water. Will definitly make again and will share with others!!

Chicken Pot Pie II

Reviewed: May 14, 2009
This was not bad. Made a few changes. cooked cut up chicken in Olive Oil and then added 1 cup chicken broth to simmer. Used one 10oz package of mixed frozen veggies. Also baked it in a pie shell. Put a Pillsbury Pie crust in a pie plate, pierced with fork a few times and baked at 350 for 7mins....then added all ingredients from recipe onto the baked crust and added another pie crust on top. Baked in oven for 30mins. Will make again.

Apple and Orange Chicken

Reviewed: May 6, 2009
I did not care for this recipe. I was excited as I had all ingredients to make at home and it seemed easy. I did like others....and used cream of chicken soup to the recipe. I guess that I did not care for the orange citrus taste. The dish was edible so I did eat it and I wil probably take the left over chicken and make chicken salad or something. I did serve the chicken over rice which was a nice addition to the meal.

Winter Chicken Bake

Reviewed: Apr. 29, 2009
I thought that this recipe was good. I didn't have any cranberries to add but I did add some celery. I also added some water based on another reviewers comment about it being to dry. I may of added too much water but I thought that it was still good. I think the best part of this meal is that it is easy and helthy. I had a thought of possibly adding a little bit of water or maybe chicken broth or OJ. I also served with brown rice. Will make again.
