Delicious soup! I added my own twist with just a touch more curry paste, siracha hot sauce, and peas-yumz!

Chicken and Pasta in a Mango Cream Sauce

Yummy! I cooked this for a couple of friends last week and we all loved this recipe. I added my own flair by using sweet yellow peppers, 2 mangoes,whole wheat corkscrew pasta and threw in a few capers as a salty pop! Great Springtime dish!
