Chicken Creole with Chile Cream Sauce
I used milk instead of water, no sour cream, and skipped the lime juice. It was Delish!

Bar-B-Que Sauce
Fabulous just the way it is. I doubled it. put pork ribs in the crock pot, poured the sauce over it, let it sit in the refridge overnight, then cooked on low for 8 hours the next day. Wow, delish!
