My cooking triumphs
my stuffed porkchops are famous.
one of my favorite meals that i made was for my husband's birthday the first year we were dating. It was: crab stuffed mushrooms, my stuffed porkchops, roasted asparagus and garlic mashed potatoes.
Also, this past November, I made 120 cupcakes for my sister's wedding. A lot of work but so worth it!
My cooking tragedies
Oh God, last Christmas Eve, staying up until 2am trying to finish the home made cookies and candy that I decided to make for everyone on my list. Needless to say, I didn't budget my time properly and oh man was it a coffee filled Christmas.
