Breakfast Sausage

Absolutely wonderful flavor. I ground the pork myself and added this seasoning. Let it sit in refrigerator overnight. Made patties next morning and everyone loved them. Flavor was just what we were looking for. Earthy, just a touch of sweetness. They browned up beautifully. I will be making these, cooking, freezing so all I have to do is put in microwave for a wonderful breakfast addition.

Smokie Dry Rub

Followed directions for recipe to the letter and I'm glad I did. The ribs sat in frig with that wonderful smelling rub on them and in the morning they smelled even better. I put them in the slow cooker with my "special" BBQ sauce I make and we ate every single rib. Usually we have leftovers. I cooked my sauce down and served over rice. Excellent rub. Thanks much. I've already made a double batch of the rub for future use.

Simple Strawberry Syrup

I forgot to review this a few weeks back when I made it. IT IS AWESOME! 2 weeks and flavor keeps getting better and better. Grand girls ask for this on pancakes. The fluffy pancakes recipe here btw that I keep in cupboard (dry ingredients). Wonderful combo.

Sausage Mushroom Quiche

I am giving this 5 stars because the ingredients were perfect for the 2 pies. I did adjust seasonings to our taste but the final product was just the consistency and flavor that we wanted. Big hit here.

Roasted Roma Vinaigrette

Absolutely wonderful. I also used Olive oil instead of Canola. The blend is just tangy enough to play well with spinach in a salad. I used herbs from my garden and a good vinegar also. Roasting the veges is the key to this wonderful flavor combo.

Hash Brown Breakfast Casserole

Shrimp Dip

Had to use canned shrimp but this was superb! Let it set overnight and it tasted wonderful. Pulled back on the horseradish so I could even eat it. Oh, so good. I think I am back on the horseradish train. Garlic rounds are a definite. Makes the tastes come together. Yum.

Game-Winning Drumsticks

I used my own bread crumbs, which are Italian seasoned bread that I "crumb" myself. I let them set for the time stated before cooking so they stuck to the chicken. I totally covered them in the crumbs also. I cooked a little longer as we like a more "dry" drumstick. Good flavor. Use a good mustard, maybe will try another flavor next time.

Potatoes Au~ Gratin

Love this. I prepped the potatoes so I could add them at just the right time and I was blessed with a wonderful dish. You do have to keep eye on some processes in this recipe but it is well worth the effort. I did use a good Reggiano Cheese and let it get nice and browned at the end. Perfection. TY.

Daughter loved this recipe as I can't eat grapefruit due to medical condition. She said it was wonderful and wants to make it herself! Yea for her. She said she love the contrast of the grapefruit and avocado and flavors were right on.
