This was excellent and was a big hit at the recent Super Bowl party! I removed the liquid from the crock pot, however, before putting the meat back in. Using a ladle, I then began to add back just enough liquid to keep the pork moist. I also tried to save as much of the chopped onion back in to the meat as well. I then added another cup of barbeque sauce for a little more bbq flavor. Having too much liquid will ruin the pulled pork so it is necessary to add back only enough liquid to keep the port moist!
