I made this bread into pumpkin muffins because they are convenient to grab when you are in a hurry on the go. I poured the batter into the pan and put different things in each one (chocolate chips, walnuts, raisins, and oats) to experiment with flavor. They all tasted wonderful, and were so easy to make!
