Our family just loved this recipe. It was easy to prepare and impressive to serve. We have tried many recipes from all the sites with excellant results. This chicken recipe was an intant hit with the whole family, including the picky eaters. Thanks to all the good cooks out there for sharing so many great recipes.

Fruity Grilled Pork Tenderloin

Reviewed: Aug. 1, 2000
This was a most delicious recipe. I thought the combination of ingredients to be unusual enough to make an interesting dish. I could not find plum jam or preserves and substituted plum sauce instead. Our whole family raved about this dish and can't wait for me to make it again. A real winner! Would make a very impressive dish for a dinner party.

Spinach Salad I

Reviewed: Sep. 9, 2001
Thanks for a great new twist on spinach salad. Even some of my picky eaters who would not normally eat spinach ate this and loved it. The dressing definitely made this. I had to make another batch for the next night's dinner as everyone wanted more.

Oatmeal Peanut Butter Cookies III

Reviewed: Sep. 27, 2005
Al I can say is WOW! I made these cookies over the weekend and they were gone in a flash. One of the best cookie recipes I have tried in a long time. Take my advice and just double the recipe. You will be glad you did.

Chicken Cordon Bleu II

Reviewed: Mar. 8, 2007
This recipe is a keeper. I made this last night and received rave reviews from everyone. I made it based on other reviews. The only thing I changed was to change the heavy cream to fat free half and half for husband's health issues. I am also going to double the suace next time and use it over pasta. Thanks for such a great recipe!!!

Tangy Grilled Pork Tenderloin

Reviewed: May 20, 2008
I just made this recipe and it was a hit. I followed the recipe exactly. However, due to a downpour I had to change plans and use the oven instead of the grill. I followed other reviewer's idea and baked at 425 for 40 minutes. The meat was tender and delicious. This will be made often. Thanks for a great new way to cook a pork tenderloin.
