Easy Chocolate Chip Pound Cake

Very moist and delicious! I used chocolate fudge pudding, since that is what I had on hand, as well as semi-sweet chocolate chips. Had no trouble at all with regular-sized chips, they did not sink to the bottom. I will make this again and again - thank you! MMM!

Favorite Old Fashioned Gingerbread

Delicious! I tested this recipe out as a potential dessert for my Christmas party. I took other reviewer's suggestions and doubled the spices (cinnamon, ginger and cloves). I made it in a Bundt pan and 45 minutes was perfect!! Don't be afraid of the strange consistency when you add the hot water. It was very watery, with clumps of dough in it, but it baked perfectly. I just sprinkled powdered sugar on it before serving. Delicious recipe, and I'm looking forward to making it again for my guests! *** UPDATE 12/25/2010: I made this again and added 1 cup of chocolate chips. DELICIOUS ADDITION!! I may add up to 1.5 cups next time. Again made in a Bundt as written above, with a dusting of powdered sugar. Guests loved it! ***

Cookie Balls

I made this recipe with green and yellow candy melts for Super Bowl, and everyone loved them! This recipe is similar to one I had made many times before, which uses Bakers squares instead of candy melts. I prefer this one for melting ease (you can melt and re-melt as necessary) and flexibility (choose any color candy melts to match your party's theme). Freeze these before dipping so they stay firm. Also, a word of warning, if you are making this ahead of time: putting them in the refrigerator will make them wet-looking and sticky. I suggest making them shortly before serving them, or leave them at room temperature for a better display. I will be making these again and again.

Chicken Parmigiana

I had no idea Chicken Parm could be this easy! This is a very delicious recipe. (I did eyeball the amounts instead of measure, as it seemed to call for too much.) My husband only had one complaint: that there wasn't enough for him to have seconds! I'll be making this again! Thank you!

Mini Meatloaves

Very tasty, and very easy. I made it in muffin tins and it cooked for the same amount of time, just perfectly. Yummy sauce, and we had a bunch of extra to serve on the side. I'll throw it into my rotation. There are so many good meatloaf recipes out there though so I won't be using this exclusively. Good one though!

Graham Cracker Brownies

I came across this recipe in a cookbook of mine, and was very happy to see the recipe here too. Very good for a quick fix! I was pleasantly surprised. I made it exactly as written, and in the 8-in baking pan. I think they may have over-baked though. I will be making this again, but this time I'll take them out a tad early. Thanks for the recipe!

Broccoli with Garlic Butter and Cashews

Wow! This is delicious - such a great variation on the usual side dish. I followed the recipe exactly. Will be making this again! I suggest serving it in a bowl or on a platter with a slight dip though, because you'll want to scoop out some more sauce!

Apple Orchard Punch

Delicious punch! We made this for our Christmas party, and it was a great non-alcoholic beverage for those who didn't want to drink. I didn't add any ice - the chilled apple juice and orange juice + the frozen cranberry juice kept it nice and cool all day. There wasn't a sip left at the end of evening. Sweet (but not overly sweet!) and tasty!

Easy Corn Pudding

My goodness!! So very easy, and it was delicious. My husband couldn't stop raving about it. The corn bread mixture makes it extra yummy. I omitted the sour cream, and did NOT drain the corn. I will be making this again and again. It's a no-fuss dish - I was able to throw everything together and put it in the oven all while tending to the main course. Try this recipe!!

Fairly simple to assemble. For some reason, I only required 2 (11 ounce) containers of bread sticks! But it came out just fine. I needed to put foil over the tip and braid about halfway through cooking to prevent burning. I made this a week before Christmas, froze it with the foil inside, and defrosted on Christmas Eve. It made a wonderful display on my dinner table - I filled it with grapes and vegetables. Thanks!

Banana Crumb Muffins

Oh goodness. These are so delicious - a great variation of the usual banana bread recipe. I made these twice: the first time according to the instructions, the second time I added the streusal topping halfway through cooking. I prefer the second!! The topping stayed nice and crumby instead of baking through. SOOO good, and I will be making this again and again!!

Slow Cooker Pulled Pork

Wow! This is so simple, and yet it tastes delicious. I used Barq's root beer and Sweet Baby Ray's Original sauce. After 6 hours, I drained the liquid and then shred the pork. The tenderloin pulled apart SOOO easily. I mixed in the BBQ sauce and kept it on Low until my side dish was ready (Baked French Fries II from this site!), about a half an hour. I put my hamburger rolls under the broiler for just a minute or two and they were toasted to perfection. Thank you so much for a wonderful recipe!! I will be making this again and again!

Mouse's Macaroni and Cheese

Yummy! The only difference I made was using 8oz of sharp cheddar cheese in place of the American cheese. Delicious comfort-food recipe, and so creamy and warm! I will be making this again and again, for sure. Be careful during step two - stir constantly, as it says, because it can burn easily in this stage. Thanks for a wonderful recipe!

Libby's® Pumpkin Roll with Cream Cheese Filling

Delicious, and so easy to make! This was the hit of our Thanksgiving dessert table. I followed the recipe exactly. Don't be discouraged about the appearance when it is done... because once you cut that first slice off, the inside swirl is beautiful! People have already asked for the recipe. Yum!

Delicious! So simple to make. We molded it into a football and served it with both regular and chocolate graham crackers on game day. Everybody loved it! As other reviewers mentioned, just remember this is a dessert, not an appetizer, as it is sweet. Thanks for a great recipe - I'll make this again!

Grilled Lamb with Brown Sugar Glaze

WOW! This was our first time preparing lamb, and it wasn't difficult at all! We could not find lamb chops with a sell-by date beyond Easter, so we bought a leg of lamb instead. My husband deboned and butterflied it himself (after learning how from a video online--you can Google it). He ended up slicing it into three sections. Just make sure it is no thicker than 2"! The rub was delicious! We let it marinade for just over 24 hours. Then we grilled it, and used a meat thermometer to check for doneness. What rave reviews we received on this dinner! I highly recommend this recipe, and will definitely do it again! Don't change anything!!

Baked French Fries II

What a great alternative to regular french fries! I made this exactly as written, and served it alongside "Slow Cooker Pulled Pork", also from this site. Delicious meal. I lined my pan with foil (sprayed with Pam) as another reviewer suggested, and it made cleanup a breeze! They lifted up so easily. Also, my fries weren't browning by the end of the 25 minutes so I put on the broiler for a couple minutes and it crisped them up a bit more. Thank you for a great and easy recipe!
