My cooking triumphs
when i made a pumpkin shaped cake for my youngest son's 1st birthday party! that was in 2011 this yr i ordered his cake lol he likes Elmo i was not about to attempt that one!
My cooking tragedies
I would have to say the time I "attempted" to make cupcakes for my daughter's Girl Scout team! That was a huge Fallout LOL back in 2009, i have gotten a lot better with baking now! I made apple dumplings served with ice cream it came out fantastic(:

Ginger Veggie Stir-Fry
not the best recipe ive gotten off of here! It would of been better with some beef tips marinated in soy sauce and NO ginger, just my opinion tho. the veggies were good tho(: probably not gonna make this again!
