AMAZING. I made it exactly as stated once, but the second time around did NOT include sunflower seeds (they were too over-powering, in my opinion). I personally prefer it without the sunflower seeds, since it allows the truly nutty flavor of the granola to come out. Set at 350 degrees (25 higher than in the recipe), my granola still did not really "crisp" noticeably, but as long as you cook it for 20 minutes and then let it cool, you will get a nice, crunchy, clumpy granola. As others have stated, you can spend ~$30 on ingredients, but the recipe makes about a gallon of granola, so you're set for weeks!
