Strawberry and Feta Salad

So easy to make and everybody loved it! I make this regularly. Sometimes I use a sweet dressing from the grocery store rather than making up the dressing called for in the recipe, but the one in the recipe is absolutely the BEST dressing for this salad!

Sophie's Zucchini Bread

Excellent! I used whole wheat flour instead of all-purpose flour as I like a heartier vegetable bread, turned out wonderfully. Thanks for the great recipe!

Delicious Healthier Pumpkin Bread

Excellent! Very tasty bread. I used fresh squash (buttercup not butternut) which is REALLY sweet, so I cut the sugar down to 1 cup, and I like to use whole wheat flour instead of all-purpose white. It came out fabulously! Even my friend's 10-year-old who is pickier than you can imagine had 3 slices of it!

The Best Potato Salad

Excellent potato salad, even my finicky friend who doesn't really like potato salad thought it was really good! I loved it. I thought the combination of flavors was exceptional (I left out the onions cause I personally can't stand them, and nobody complained ;-) I used baby dill pickles for the dill relish because I didn't have any relish on hand, and threw in a little of the juice just for fun. YUMMY! Thanks for the recipe!

Pistachio Crusted Chicken

Really easy to make -- very tasty! The pistachios add a very nice flavor to the chicken. I will defintely make this again. I loved it, and my husband can't stop eating the leftovers (they don't stay in the fridge very long!)

Brown Family's Favorite Pumpkin Pie

The beaten egg whites folded into the custard mix in this recipe make the pumpkin pie more like a pumpkin mousse then a pumpkin custard -- which I happen to think is FABULOUS! Great recipe and really easy!

Famous Pork Chops

Wow! These were delicious! and easy to make. I usually use Shake 'n' Bake because it's so easy, but I wanted to try something new. What a great flavor! I cook the pork chops in a covered casserole to keep in the moisture but didn't allow them to brown the last 15 or 20 minutes, so they looked a little funny, but, boy, did they taste good! The second time I cooked them, I took the cover of the casserole off, and let them brown a bit. Looked great, tasted great! This is now a favorite in my family!

Boiled Bagels

I used this recipe for my first attempt at bagels, and I think I did a pretty good job for a novice! My husband thought the first batch I made were a little "yeasty", so I cut back on the amount of yeast I used, and that was much better. Thank God for my Kitchen Aid, or I don't think I would attempt making bread of ANY kind! :) Thanks for a great recipe!!! The help I got from allrecipes.com on how to form the bagels was invaluable! Check it out!
