Honey Oatmeal Bread II

The taste is 5 star...but every time I make this it never rises like I want it to. I make plenty of different types of bread and this is the only one I have trouble with rising. I tried letting it rise longer-tried different pans... I just can't get that big beautiful dome!

Very moist, dense and yummy... only thing I did different was added more instant espresso powder and covered it in milk chocolate ganache along with the glaze.

Chocolate Cappuccino Cheesecake

Amazing. I suggest adding more instant coffee, as it was more "mocha" tasting. I made a chocolate-kahlua ganache for the top and decorated with chocolate covered espresso beans. yum yum.

Rosemary Chicken with Orange-Maple Glaze

This recipe caught my attention because of the "Maple" in it. It is alright- I glazed it over and over and didn't get much flavor... Didn't taste much more then rosemary.

Grill Dough

Pretty tasty dough- I mixed it in my stand mixer and noticed I needed to add another 1/2-3/4 c. of flour for it to come together. End result was yummy! *A tip I just picked up when letting any yeast dough rise, is turn your oven on to 150 and then turn off while kneading and let the dough rise in your oven. Up north I had no problem with it rising at room temp. But, now in Florida I can't get anything to rise at all unless I do that!

Italian Cream Cake II

I only liked chocolate cake, until NOW.... this is delish! The only thing I change is not to put pecans in the cake because I like a smooth texture... plus I noticed it stays great in the fridge for a while! yummy!

My "go to meal" whenever I want to impress with not much work- lots of flavor for not to much work- I pound out the chicken for less cook time and I would double the sauce when pairing with pasta!

Tofu Parmigiana

tasty- I had some left over firm tofu and tried this out... my husband had NO clue that is wasn't meat, until I told him! :) I made sure to pan fry each side before baking it, to make it extra crunchy. Also made my own sauce for more flavor.
