Ground Turkey Noodle Bake

Reviewed: Mar. 4, 2013
Made this over the weekend with a few tweaks. I used onion & chive cream cheese and Half & Half instead of milk. I used 2 5.5 oz Hot & Spicy V8 and Campbells tomoato soup instead of tomato sauce. I cooked the ground turkey in vegetable broth, garlic powder and a dry zesty italian dressing mix. Added dried parsley to both sauces. Salt & pepper to taste when done. It was pretty good!

Very tasty! A nice thick soup that's flavorful and not too spicy. I added 2tbs. butter & some milk. Perfect.

Grilled Brown Sugar Pork Chops

Reviewed: Jul. 7, 2009
Will make again! But after reading other reviews I was expecting this to be REALLY sweet and it wasn't. I felt it just hinted at sweetness. I followed the recipe nearly exact. I omitted the water. Marinated for 1.5 hr. then basted while on the grill. Nice change of pace!

Rosemary Ranch Chicken Kabobs

Reviewed: Jul. 1, 2009
Maybe we don't like rosemary?...because none of us enjoyed this. We actually rinsed them off with hot water and covered with bbq sauce to make edible.

Breakfast Casserole II

Reviewed: Jun. 15, 2009
The kids and I liked it but felt it needed something, maybe onion & green pepper mentioned by other reviewers? I added bacon to ours which was good. This wasn't my husband's favorite, but he doesn't like sausage so that is to be expected. I may try again using ham instead.

YUMMY! The perfect side dish for grilling out. My dad even asked for the recipe to give to my mother! Let it chill for a few hours to let the flavors blend.

Angel Chicken Pasta

Reviewed: Jun. 10, 2009
My kids, 3.5 & 5, couldn't get enough! We all loved it. I did make a few changes. Instead of 1/2 c. white wine I used 1/4 c white wine & 1/4 c. chicken broth. I also added a can of diced tomatoes with basil, oregano and garlic. Terrific!

World's Best Lasagna

Reviewed: Apr. 26, 2009
My family loved it! I made slight changes based on other reviews. I used italian flavored tomato paste, italian flavored diced tomatoes rather than crushed, added nutmeg to the ricotta and used fresh basil. I also used oven ready lasagna noodles soaked in hot water to soften before cooking. I made an 8X8 pan so I had a lot of sauce left over. Froze it for future use. A wonderful recipe that I will keep using.
