Amazing Pork Tenderloin in the Slow Cooker

Reviewed: Apr. 19, 2012
It is a very tastey and easy recipe! I put my pork in still slightly frozen and had it on low all day - the meat was very tender (and slightly overcooked) and fell apart. Next time, I will put the tenderloin in the crockpot straight from the freezer. Thanks to Chowsito for a different and tastey recipe for pork that my whole family loved!

Pineapple Sunshine Muffins

A little bit pale and dense, but pretty tasty! Frosted with cream cheese icing and added chopped pecans instead of seeds.

Creamy Chili Sauce

Reviewed: Nov. 16, 2011
I used this as a dipping sauce for shrimp at a fondue. It is a delicious dip! It is also excellent with potato chips and would probably be perfect with sweet potato fries or regular french fries.

This is delicious - we cut back on the sugar to about 1/4 and it was light tasting and refreshing.

Rhubarb Cake II

Reduced sugar to 1/2 cup. Cake mix stayed powdery on top - will try mixing it slightly next time. Tastes great - very easy - kids like it too!

Homemade Pan Rolls

Reviewed: Feb. 6, 2011
These rolls are fantastic. Just a note that the recipe only yields 24 buns (not 48 as suggested by the instructions to divide each half into 48 equal portions). They are soft, sweet and delicious - thanks for the recipe!

Sausage Soup

Excellent flavour. If reheating leftovers, the macaroni gets very mushy and falls apart - perhaps cook separately and add to each individual bowl.

Dad's Asian Slaw

Reviewed: May 24, 2010
Excellent! A nice change from the Asian coleslaw with the soy sauce in it. Not sure if I would like this one at first, but it was very light and refreshing. I used a homemade sweet oil & vinegar dressing in place of the bottled and didn't add extra sugar. I also didn't have the seeds and almonds so I replaced them with toasted sesame seeds. Thanks for the recipe - will definitely make again!
