Paleo Slow Cooker Pork Loin

Reviewed: Apr. 2, 2015
This was so delicious that it disappeared in the course of one evening. I will try making this with chicken breasts next time, but will cut back on the cooking time for 3-4 hours as I think that chicken will cook quicker than pork loin. It was fantastic and everybody, even people who don't usually eat pork, thought it was delicious.

Paleo Chicken Stew

Reviewed: Oct. 4, 2014
This was delicious! I, too, am following the Paleo plan, and only SWEET POTATOES are considered Paleo, and should be eaten only occasionally as they are still potatoes, after all. My husband, who is not following Paleo, told me that I could make this as often as I liked because he loved, loved LOVED IT! Thanks for posting this fantastic dish!

Roasted Garlic Cauliflower

Reviewed: Sep. 30, 2014
I've been making cauliflower like this for years and absolutely love it when prepared this way. To make it Paleo-friendly, I've omitted the cheese but added extra garlic to boost up the flavor and add to the browning. I also use this recipe for making broccoli and Brussel sprouts. I prefer to bake the florets on a cookie sheet for 10-15 minutes at 350F, then broil them for 5 minutes or less, turning florets as needed. Even my husband, who only eats cauliflower with cheese sauce (LOTS of cheese sauce) ate them. I ate the leftovers as snacks the next day - yummy and VERY filling!

Paleo Mayonnaise

Reviewed: Aug. 22, 2014
Just starting my second week on the Paleo plan, and wanted to make my own Paleo-friendly mayo (as it is difficult to find and also tres expensive). This is amazing, delicious and versatile! Thank you so much for creating this and also to the first two reviewers for their helpful suggestions!

Hawaiian Chicken Kabobs

Reviewed: Jun. 29, 2014
I followed the suggestions made by some of the other reviewers and am glad that I took the time to do so. I made the recipe as listed, but found that the sesame oil did not make a significant addition to the baste; instead, the oil caused the marinade to slip off the chicken and did not allow it to adhere. However, I tripled the marinade to use as a side sauce and added the sesame oil to this, and the subtle flavor of the sesame oil DID add a nice, extra flavor to the entire marinade. I will be making a LOT of this dish (and marinade) for a luau/birthday party I'll be hosting next month and am glad that I tried it out on my sister's family first. Always good to have a dry run with someone who's opinion you can trust!
