Slow Cooker Buffalo Chicken Sandwiches

Wow!! This recipe was amazing!! I was running short on time, so I had to play with the time and the temp a little. I added the whole bottle of wing sauce in the beginning along with the whole Ranch packet. I let the chicken cook on high for three hours, then shredded it and placed it back into the sauce and let it cook for an additional hour. I also added 1/8 tsp of cornstarch to thicken up the sauce just a bit. This was a huge hit last night!! A little Bleu Cheese on top complimented it perfectly. This is definitely a keeper!!

Bacon and Bleu Meatloaf

This turned out to be an amazing recipe using what I had lying around the house. My wife is picky when it comes to meatloaf but she LOVED this. She made me promise that I would make it again sometime very soon. Next time I may add sauteed mushrooms and onions and leave off the french fried onions.

Roasted Garlic Bread

Very good!! I've never made homemade garlic bread before. Next time I'll be sure to mash up the garlic a little better. Still, it was great!!

Italian Style Chili

This has become a staple in our household. My wife absolutely LOVES it!! I changed it up just a bit after reading the other posts. I added Itallian sausage rather than hamburger. Also, since we are not a huge fan of beans in our chili, I left these out. I have made this recipe for family gatherings and potlucks. It's a crowd favorite!!

Potato Leek Soup III

This was phenomenal!! Probably the best potato leek soup I've had. I followed the directions exactly and it turned out great. I think next time I might try adding some cheese to it. Great recipe!! Thanks!!

Italian Sausage Lasagna

This was by far the best Lasagna I've ever had (put Olive Garden to shame) The only addition that I did was instead of the recommended two links of sausage, I used four. I like a meatier sauce. Aside from that little change, everything else was exactly perfect!! Way to go on an incredible recope!! I got rave reviews from the entire family!!
