My parents never really cooked growing up, so I got really into it and still experiment a lot.
My cooking triumphs
Desserts- I am a great "from scratch" baker. I also try to never waste anything and save vegetable parts and chicken bones for stocks.
My cooking tragedies
I added too much sugar to a sloppy joe mix- way too sweet, duh! I also once was whipping a bunch of egg whites, I got to my 8th egg and accidentally dropped yolk into it and had to start all over- good thing eggs are cheap.
