Garlic Prime Rib
Cooked for Christmas Day lunch and everyone was impressed. They could smell the garlic goodness from down the street. After I marinated, I placed Kosher Salt on the bottom of the roasting pan and packed a lot of salt around the edges. It took a bit longer to cook than I anticipated, but my digital thermometer was extremely useful in helping me determine temp/time to have it ready. I would love to serve again!
