The Best Rolled Sugar Cookies
These cookies are tender and delicious. I added a pinch of nutmeg to mine- they were perfect! They are beautiful too. This recipe is a keeper, you will use it all the time. I made a few batches for a recent baby shower and everyone raved about them. They looked professional, but they taste better than anything you can buy.

Double Layer Pumpkin Cheesecake
Yes, it is as good as they are saying. It is easy too. Delicious. I make pumpkin cheesecake every year for the hubby's birthday. This is the best recipe I have found. *hint* It tastes better with a ginger snap crust. Just make it like you would make a graham cracker crust, only with ginger snaps.

Downeast Maine Pumpkin Bread
The bread is moist and tender. It has good flavor. It is a good recipe. It ranks low because it tastes like spice cake, not pumpkin bread. Yummy, but I can barely taste pumpkin.
