Quick and easy. The lemon zest gave it a nice pop of flavor.

Very spongy and bland. Needed more flavor, perhaps some vanilla.

Comfort food again from No Yolks. What makes this dish stand out is when it is reheated. No mushy noodles!

Easy Marinated Pork Tenderloin

Reviewed: Feb. 8, 2015
Great flavor. I roasted at 350 for about an hour and had no problem with the marinade caramelizing or burning. Perfect. Next time I would add more garlic. Only had regular Dijon, so added just a touch of honey. No extra salt, but generous with fresh ground pepper. Drizzle sliced meat with pan juices.

Good flavor. Didn't crisp the skin as much as I would have liked.

This was made for a company picnic and it was a hit. Not sure how another reviewer have the top getting burnt.

Simple Cheesy Hashbrown Casserole

Reviewed: Jan. 22, 2015
The ratios for this recipe are off. Recipe states 10 servings. Only one 16 oz bag would not make 10 servings, compared to the rest of the recipe. Based on the other ingredients, I would use at least a 32 oz bag. I used a 16 oz bag, 1 cup of cheese, 4 oz of sour cream, a partial can of soup, 1/2 onion and no butter, and it was very creamy. Anything more would have been soup. I also added some bacon bits.

Baked Chicken Breasts and Vegetables

Reviewed: Jan. 15, 2015
Good flavor and I liked the concept, but the chicken cooked more quickly than the veggies. Veggies were too crunchy and needed to be cooked longer.

Typical hash brown casserole. The buttery cracker topping added a nice touch, but not very crunchy.

Papa Tom's Cheesy Hash Browns

Loved the crunchy topping of crushed cheese crackers and corn flakes. More flavorful and crispier than other suggested toppings for this very typical hash brown casserole.

Beef Tips Burgundy

Flavor was good, but between the veg oil, olive oil and butter as written, it had somewhat of a fatty residue. Would reduce the amounts of fat next time

Cube Steak with Gravy

Good method, but needed additional seasoning. I added a bit of beef soup base to the gravy mixture, but next time I would add sautéed mushrooms and/or onions and garlic.
