Mini Meatloaves
Very tasty. Good idea to do them in mini loaves. Probably one person could eat two loaves depending on what else is served. I froze these so I could snack on them while breastfeeding. I also added some frozen corn and onions to bring out a more savory taste.

Carrot Cake III
I liked the cake bit a lot, but I found the icing to be too sweet. Also, I ended up with heaps more icing than I needed. Next time, I'll cut back on the butter and sugar to get more of a cream cheese taste. Great recipe however!

Campbell's(R) Slow Cooker Hearty Beef and Bean Chili
I halved the chili powder and it was still too hot! Will make again and reduce even more. I added red lentils, green capsicum, carrot, and corn for added benefits and fiber and froze most of this for an easy lunch. This soup freezes very well.
