Cinnamon-Roasted Almonds
These were so easy to make and were a hit at our New Year's party. I added 1/4 cup of brown sugar and an extra 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon. My Tip: Use a Silicone Baking Mat (Silpat) to line your pan and clean up is a breeze.

Banana Banana Bread
Perfect recipe! I followed it exactly, given this was my first time making banana bread, but wanted muffins instead. I used 6 ripe bananas. put the batter in mini-muffin paper cups on muffin tray, filled them 3/4 full. Baked for 25 minutes at 325 degrees. This recipe made 48 mini-muffins. They were moist and not mushy at all. My husband and 11-month old baby loved them!
