Pork Chops for the Slow Cooker

It was great will definitely do it again. Did change soy sauce to 1/4 cup and added sliced onions. At first it looks like you don't have enough sauce but you get more as it cooks.

Cranberry Drop Cookies

I think they came out awesome. Wouldn't change anything at all, except I used dry cranberries because that is what I had on hand and I think I would add a touch more of milk since I didn't have the water from the frozen cranberries. Do not change the temp. it is good at 375 degrees, I tried it at 350 and had to give it more time. This one is going on my save list and I will definately be making more of these cookies! Thank you for sharing.

Lasagna Stuffed Shells

It was really good but I made it with ricotta cheese instead as I do not like cottage cheese. The only puzzling thing was that I ended up with lots of ricotta stuffing. I made 32 jumbo shells and a small lasagna with the leftovers. My family loved it.

Peppermint Patties

They are great! This was my first experience dipping anything into chocolate and I think I should have made them thicker and smaller because they began to melt once I dipped them into the chocolate. So I ended up brushing on the chocolate and they came out good, not professional looking but who cares as long as they taste good and were presentable, but kids and hubby didn't care and loved them. I ended up freezing them once I put the chocolate coating on and are pulled out of the freezer as they are eaten. Still gave it five stars because they were delicious.

To Die For Blueberry Muffins

These are my second batch which I doubled since yesterday they were inhaled. Totally awsome! This time I tried the topping with half brown and half white sugar and liked that too. I didn't have any blueberries on hand so I made a dried mix of "cherries and berries" (blueberries, cranberries and cherries). To die for! This will always be my muffin recipe from now on. These are the best!!!!
