Baked Kale Chips

YUM! I cannot stop eating these. I'm through an entire bunch of Kale and have already added it to my shopping list. And, bonus - my toddler gobbles them too!

These turned out very dry for me (crumbly) and I tend to like a denser cake/muffin than these were. I also agree that these were much to salty (at least for my taste buds). Perhaps with the baking soda, you could omit a portion of the additional salt. They are otherwise a nice flavor, I just am not a fan of the consistency.

Norway's Best Pepper Cookies

Great cookies. They are crunchy and delicious. The next time I make them, I might roll the slices before I bake them to get them a little thinner, and crispier. I plan to serve them alongside sorbet, and they turned out great!
