Layered Chicken and Black Bean Enchilada Casserole
Delicious. This is a keeper. I didn't put much sour cream in the casserole itself, but put it on the table to add as we liked. Seemed to be a good way to do it. My husband and 18 month old daughter and I ALL enjoyed it! Great when you can find a recipe that the whole family likes!
