Cauliflower Fried 'Rice'
Very good recipe with a few changes. First, I added minced garlic, minced ginger and red pepper flake to the meat to give it some more flavor. It was also way too salty so I cut back to about 4 tablespoons of soy sauce. Added chopped broccoli and some chopped water chestnuts for extra crunch. The cauliflower was taking a long time to cook (my pan was really full) so I added about 1/2 cup of chicken stock and covered the pan to let it steam which worked really well. I also added some siracha at the end for even more flavor. This is a 5 with these changes!

Original Irish Cream
Way too much Almond flavor! I would cut it back to 1/2 tsp almond extract and maybe take down the vanilla a bit too. It was overwhelming. Also, the chocolate syrup was a little too heavy, try 1 tbs first and then add the 2nd if you like it.

Peanut Butter Balls III
WAY too much sugar! Next time I would definitely cut back on the sugar and add some more peanut butter.

Pile it into a tomato half, load it into a wrap, or spread it on bread. Chicken salad does it all.
