Slow Cooker Chicken and Dumplings
I used a rot. chicken and shreeded the pieces and placed in crock pot. I add a bag of frozen mixed veggies and some chicken stock instead of water. I also used one can cream of chicken soup with herbs and one can cream of mushroom soup. I added onion, garlic powder and salt and pepper. I would use 2 cans of biscuts *(i tube from meijer is 2 biscuts are 100 calories). I just tore them into 4 pieces and dropped in crockpot and made sure they were covered with liquid about 90 mins prior to serving so they would get done and not too doughy flavored.

Chicken Cordon Bleu Bites
these cookies were amazing. i used a white cake mix b/c that is what i had. i bought other cake mixes to have them on hand. next time i will try light cream cheese and butter to see the result. i froze some and they froze ok but where a little gooey (soft on top).

Sausage-Stuffed Eggplant
i used ground sausage, added some garlic and random spices. Plus I chopped up mushroom, the eggplant pulp and carrots and stuffed it with that. great would make again.
