Berry Burst Sorbet

Great! I put 3/4c sugar, all strawberries and fat free 1/2 and 1/2. IT was wonderful, but a little too sweet. Next time put maybe 1/2 cup sugar.

Mom's Macaroni and Cheese

I used gluten free noodles, so I needed 1/2 cup more because they don't expand as much. Forgoed the processed chs and added more cheddar. Good confort food!

Famous Taco Seasoning Mix

Great recipe..thanks. I didn't have bouillon, so I used beef broth--about 4 tablespoons. It worked out great!

Persimmon Bread I

I did do a couple substitutes. I used 1/2 coconut oil and 1/2 vegetable oil(i used grapeseed) and 1/2 whole grain flour(I used Spelt). It turned out amazing, our family couldn't stop eating it! Next time I am going to cut back the sugar to 1/2 cup to make it a little less sweet because I like my bread a little less sweet than most people. It was very moist and excellent with walnuts and raisens.

Winter Leek and Potato Soup

Amazing! Substitutions I used was used chicken broth, cut down the salt to 1/2tsp or so and put maybe 1/4 cup of 1/2 and 1/2. Wonderful soup--perfect started soup could eat as is or add all kinds of yummy additions. I added chicken apple sausage... THANKS! This recipe is a keeper...
