Grilled Salmon I

Reviewed: May 22, 2009
This was a fantastic marinade! The only change I made was to use olive oil and doubled the brown sugar b/c the soy was too strong for us. It was outstanding though. Thank you!!

Cream Cheese Frosting II

Reviewed: May 22, 2009
This frosting worked great for my batch of red velvet cupcakes! I used half the powedered sugar though...otherwise it would have been too sweet for the boys in my house. Thank you!

Great recipe! I used ground turkey instead of ground beef, added a little garlic and it turned out great! Family staple going forward for sure

Italian Cream Cheese and Ricotta Cheesecake

Reviewed: Aug. 1, 2012
I've made this several times now and have had rave reviews!! I've added a fresh raspberry sauce a couple times and when I do I add a little sugar to the cheese cake and keep the sauce tangy. Cooking for one hour and leaving in the oven a couple hours has worked to keep it from cracking as well

Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough + Cupcake = The BEST Cupcake. Ever.

Reviewed: Aug. 1, 2012
I've made these as mini cupcakes and people seem to love them. The one thing I do now is just "float" the cookie dough on the top before I put the cupcakes in the oven otherwise the cookie dough tends to sink to the bottom and sticks to the paper when people try to remove it from the cupcake

Dried Cherries, Pecans and Rosemary Brie en Croute

Reviewed: Aug. 1, 2012
Delicious and beautiful!! It's a bit heavy to eat but I suppose that all depends on the quality of the brie you use. I didn't make any changes and wouldn't in the future either
