Excellent Recipe! VERY EASY! The furry guys (even the cat!) love this recipe. I put in 2 bullion cubes - either beef or chicken and sometimes add peanut butter to change them up. I love that I don't have to roll them. Thanks for the recipe.

Cheesy Fried Potatoes

Delicious potatoes - since this recipe was for dinner, didn't add the eggs, but used more bacon. No cheddar in the house, so used motzerella, and some garlic spice. Was delicious!

Pumpkin Bread

Thought this was a great recipe! Much more flavorful than my old standby. Did 1/2 the cloves, added a pinch of salt and vanilla - LOVE IT!

Libby's® Pumpkin Roll with Cream Cheese Filling

Wonderful dessert! I've always wanted to make this, but it looked so "professional" it intimidated me. To my surprise, it was the easiest, and didn't take long at all. The cream cheese mixture wasn't too sweet - family loved it, can't wait to make it for coworkers!

My Favorite Soup

I was apprehensive about this recipe, but thought I would give it a whirl - BOY! this was delicious. Since I am the only one in family that likes shrimp, I freeze this in small freezer bags and take it to work for lunch...delicious!

Dog Treats I

This is the BEST dog treat recipes I've come across. I give them for "doggie" gifts at Christmas, and my two dogs stand by the oven and wait for them to come out - it's the funniest thing!

Reuben Dip

I thought this was absolutely delicious. Used to have another one years ago, but lost it. I thought that that one was the best ever, and nothing could compare, but I was wrong. This was a big hit!!! Can't wait to make it again!
