Alyson's Broccoli Salad

This was great. I made it twice. I didn't like it with frozen broccoli. Definitely fresh was better. Also better when the broccoli was chopped to small pieces so you'd get the grapes and sunflower seeds more even proportioned. I put 2 cups of quartered grapes and 1/2 c of sunflower seeds. Used red wine vinegar. Definitely mix the broccoli while slowly pouring in the dressing to get an even coating and prevent drowning of the broccoli. If you do, I used a colander to strain out the extra dressing.

No-Noodle Zucchini Lasagna

This is awesome! I had a large dinner party, and EVERYONE LOVED it! I did heat up the zucchini in the oven per someone's suggestion, used fresh spinach for just one thin layer and only 1 lb of mushrooms, omitted the water, added garlic. It was awesome!

Chuck's Favorite Mac and Cheese

Awesome! I used DiGorno Parmesan, Romano & Asiago blended cheese which gave it more flavor. I also added 1/2 c almond milk to moisten it and cut the bread crumbs and butter in half. I used gluten free pasta and bread crumbs. I also tried subsituting low fat another day and it was pretty awful unless you microwaved it for a while! I'd stick with the full fat in the future.

Kosher Salt Encrusted Prime Rib Roast

Awesome! I had to use the whole box of kosher salt and I used some water to meld it together. Be sure to brush off the excess salt after you pull off the crust.

Day Before Mashed Potatoes

Mushroom Oven Omelet

Everything together tasted great!!! BUT the cooking time is off. It took an extra 10 minutes to cook thoroughly and looking at other baked egg recipes, it usually is 30ish minutes.
