Award Winning Peaches and Cream Pie

This was so easy to make and the flavor was amazing I followed the recipe unchanged except I used fresh peaches instead of canned. For us, the cake like crust with the pie like center and the tasty cream cheese topping made the pie and I will make this to the recipe when I make this pie next time.

Adrienne's Cucumber Salad

This is the best cucumber salad I have ever had. I used celery seed in place of the dried dill adding it to the brine before boiling it which helped soften the seeds.

Peach Muffins

These are a really great spice muffin, not so much of a great peach muffin. They were a great use for my frozen bagged peach pieces though and I will probably use it again for any questionable fruit that needs a helping hand in the flavor department.

Banana Muffins II

They have great flavor and my fiance adores them but they didn't raise nearly as much as I hoped for. I will keep making this recipe for the wonderful flavor but will have to keep searching for a muffin recipe that raises more.

French Baguettes

Okay, these are super easy if I can do it right on my very first try. I made sure they had a warm place to rise (on top of the oven after it had been preheated for cooking the baguettes). I didn't put any egg on them either. We really like them!

Downeast Maine Pumpkin Bread

This recipe is amazing. I made a loaf and several large muffins with it, I could have made two loaves I think. The batter was a little thin but I used pumpkin made from baked pumpkins at home and occasionally forget to reduce the water when making pumpkin recipes. Fresh pumpkin really gives a nice flavor when you can get it. I also added raisins and walnuts. My fiance is still raving over them.

Delicious Black Bean Burritos

The bean burrito was amazing! I took the suggestions of some of the other reviewers and added 1/2 tsp of cumin, 1/2 tsp of chili powder, sliced olives, doubled the cream cheese and added a can of diced tomatoes, then spooned the filling over avocado slices.

Avocado-Mango Salsa

Amazing, I made this for the drive-in and we couldn't stop eating it. I added a little tabasco to make it a tiny it a bit more spicy.
