Slow Cooker Chicken and Dumplings

I make this pretty often and it is a favorite. I keep the frozen chicken together until the very end to keep it from drying out.

Double Layer Pumpkin Cheesecake

I starting making this for Thanksgiving a few years ago and it's always a huge hit. I also love it because it's really easy. It was the first cheesecake I ever made and it came out perfect.

I made this because acorn squash was cheap at the farmers market. I never really cook with squash or make soup. I made a big batch and took it to work. It was amazing. Everyone at work loved it and wanted the recipe!
