Roasted Garlic Cauliflower

Reviewed: Sep. 30, 2010
This was amazing! Even after I accidentally spilled it in the broiler and had to scoop it up with a spoon. Will absolutely make this again.

Brooke's Best Bombshell Brownies

Reviewed: Jul. 8, 2010
I finished baking these about 10 minutes ago. About 5 minutes ago I threw out the recipe for Baker's one bowl brownies. This are amazing! Chewy and delicious. I did what others recommended and did half brown and half white sugar. I also added in one less egg. THANK YOU!

Korean Spicy Marinated Pork (Dae Ji Bool Gogi)

Reviewed: Jun. 22, 2010
Amazing! I did some stuff differently, some not on purpose though. I halved the chili paste and red pepper flakes. I didn't think I would be able to handle it full on. I also ran out of white sugar so I used brown. Then I added a few drops of sesame oil. These were small changes and it tasted amazing. It wasn't too hot either. My husband loved it. Usually he has a complaint about everything. He said this was great. Thank you very much!

Chili Rubbed Pork Tenderloin With Apricot Ginger Glaze

Reviewed: Mar. 16, 2010
Really really good! I had to make some changes due to the fact I didn't have a few things. I made the rub as instructed but used it for only one pork sirloin (It's what I had.) As for the glaze I didn't add the ginger or cilantro. And only had a lemon so I used that instead of a lime. And it came out just amazing. I rubbed the rub all over the pork. And I didn't have much time so I let it sit out for about 30 minutes. From there I baked it at 350 for about an hour, I also didn't have a roasting pan so I took one of my cooling racks and placed it on top of a pan. After that I took it out and put it down in a new pan (after changing out the foil) and poured the glaze over it. I served it with red mashed potatoes and corn. It went very well together.

Sweet Cottage Cheese and Bananas

Reviewed: Jul. 21, 2009
I was reading some reviews for crepes that I wanted to make and someone commented something about eating it with sweetened cottage cheese. I've never heard of that before so I looked it up and came upon this. I'm eating it this very second and I have to say I have never eaten cottage cheese unless it was on a salad. This is amazing and delicious! I look forward to trying this with different fruits. Thank you very much!
