Champagne Shrimp and Pasta

Reviewed: May 21, 2009
This recipe was incredible. I made it wondering what it would taste like with the champage. I added fresh garlic and fresh basil. People raved about this at work. Highly recommend if you want to impress someone.

My Best Clam Chowder

Reviewed: Feb. 7, 2010
I have made this recipe so many times. Each time I cannot believe how good it is. I also add the bacon and cook the veggies in the grease. I use clam juice instead of water to add flavor. YUMMY!!!!

Anniversary Chicken I

Reviewed: Feb. 17, 2010
This chicken dish was so good. The only thing that I changed was I breaded the chicken before putting it in the pan to brown. Everything else I kept the same. It even smelt so good cooking. I will make this over and over again. Thank you so much for the recipe.

Harvest Rice Dish

Reviewed: Sep. 19, 2012
This recipe is delish. I have made it several times. I use this recipe and add charizo to it and stuff pork tenderloin. The only differences I made was adding raisins and red wine vinegar. I use vinegar in everything for it adds so much flavor. Thank you so much for this recipe. My family and friends love love it.

Boilermaker Tailgate Chili

Reviewed: Oct. 30, 2012
This was the best chili recipe I have ever made. There were only a few changes I made. I did not put in the green and red bell pepper, I added about another two tablespoons of chili powder and I added 1/4 cup red wine vinegar. I add vinegar to almost everything for it brings out such wonderful flavors. I simmered my chili for three hours. I made it last weekend and will make it again at the request of my 15 year old daughter who loved loved it. Thank you so much for the recipe!

Chicken or Turkey Tetrazzini

Reviewed: Feb. 1, 2013
We loved this recipe. I did make some changes. I sauteed 1 onion a pack of mushrooms and a tablespoon crushed garlic in butter, salt and pepper. Then I added a touch of red wine vinegar. I like to use heavy cream instead of the soup. The rest of the recipe was the same. I did not put any cheese in the sauce, I sprinkled it on top. It melted while it cooked, then I broiled it for about five minutes to make the cheese crispy. OMG..yummy!!!

Turkey Tetrazzini

Reviewed: Feb. 8, 2013
This was so darn good. I did make some changes though. I sauteed 1 onion, 1 tsp garlic and a pack of mushrooms in 2 tablespoons butter. After it cooks for a few minutes I added 3 tablespoons red wine vinegar and 1/4 cup white cooking wine and let simmer. This adds so much flavor. I tend to cook a lot with the red wine vinegar. I added the mustard and chicken broth ( I use the granular) and let simmer until tender. Then I added the flour and I used half and half. after it was thickened, I added the turkey and cooked noodles and stirred it all together and poured it into a large glass pan. I do not put cheese in the sauce I put it all on top so it can melt. I then broil it at the end for about 3 minutes or until the cheese is crispy. My girls keep asking for this over and over. I just made it 4 days ago and now making it again by request. Thank you for the recipe.

Dip For The Stars

Reviewed: Jun. 10, 2013
I made this recipe for a birthday party. I used an 8 inch springform pan. I only put one layer of the tomatoes, pine nuts and pesto. I decided to put some raspberry balsamic vinegar atop the cheese as well as around the mold itself. I got rave reviews and the vinegar paired nicely with the flavors. I did as many suggested and used sourdough baguette. My family just loved this. I will certainly make it again. Thank you for the recipe :-)

Glazed Corned Beef

Reviewed: Aug. 14, 2013
This recipe is AWESOME!!! I made it twice this week because it is so amazing and since the corned beef shrinks to such a small amount, I had to have more. I boiled the corned beef in a pot on the stove with the packet of seasoning for 3 hours on medium low heat after the water boils. I made the glaze according to the recipe. I smothered the corned beef with the glaze and cooked it in the oven at 350 degrees for 20 minutes and 3-4 minutes on broil. Both my daughters and my friend raved about this recipe. I will be making it many more times...Thank you for it!!!
