My life revolves around cooking. I have a large family so it goes without saying I spend alot of time in the kitchen. And ofcourse I run a restaurant. I am a fairly good cook, my friends and family disagree, they seem to think I am an exceptional cook.I am always looking for better and easier methods.

Pineapple Casserole II
This recipe is great. I did read other reviews and cut the sugar in half. Even my picky children enjoyed it. No leftovers and husband requested it again 2 days later. A real keeper.

Perfect Sesame Chicken
This has become a family favorite! Everyone loves it and perfers it over the resturants. I have made this several times, we perfer to cut the sugar in half and have found it is good with white or brown sugar. I don't keep sherry in the house so i omitted it from recipe. The serving for 6 doesn't feed my 5 so i double it and it is just enough.Have not used chile paste (local store doesn't carry) and when i have company i fry in fry daddy and it comes out just as good. The longer you marinate the better. Kids like me to leave some chicken without sauce, makes the best chicken nuggets. Really a great recipe.
