Pizza Dough III

Reviewed: Oct. 23, 2009
AMAZING!!! The only two things I changed was I used half wheat flour (1 cup white baking flour & 1 cup wheat flour) & added a few spices (garllic powder & oregano). I cooked for 15 mins because I had wheat flour and man o' man! It was sooo tasty!!! I'll be making this for my family more often. I gave it to my husband, and all of my family inlaws and they all loved it as well, which made me feel nice because this was my 1st pizza I have ever made! :)

Basil, Tomato and Mozzarella Sandwich

Reviewed: Jul. 25, 2009
This was so easy! And tasty too! I used fresh basil from my garden and fresh chives for a little onion tast. I used Italian Bread and a few store tomatos, then drizzled balsamic vinegar and olive oil on the bread. I also put a little mix of the two in a side dish for dipping if others wanted more :)

To Die For Blueberry Muffins

Reviewed: Jun. 20, 2009
When I cook these, I use wheat flower, it takes less time to cook, sometimes I put in dark chocolate chips with the blue berries. My husband loves these muffins and always asks for more! We both like to take them to work on the go.

Regular Crepes

Reviewed: Jun. 6, 2009
yum! I added a little sugar and vinilla and topped it (after cooking) with hot blue berrys with a little lemon and sugar.. my husband put a little surup on the top with wipped cream. He has a sweet tooth. It was my 1st time making these and they are great and so very easy!!

Real Hummus

Reviewed: Jun. 6, 2009
The hummus that I make at home is nearly the same. I don't add any salt to it though.. I either roast my garlic or put it in a pan with a little olive oil and then put it in a food processer along with everything else. Some people like it with more garlic.. others more lemon. It just depends on my mood. I add more of one of the other. :)
