Rosemary Ranch Chicken Kabobs

We found the chicken to be extremely good. We had no left overs after dinner which is rare. Definitely adding this to my list to make again.

Grilled Garlic and Herb Shrimp

These were good. There were mixed reviews at end of how it tasted though. My BF who prepped and cooked them said next time he's gonna use less brown sugar. We also forgot that it was suppose to marinate for 2 hours. I found them better to be cold than warm. We bought the pre-cooked shrimp and my mom and I were eating some before they went on the grill. We had some left over that we did not put on the grill that stayed in the marinate so the next day my boyfriend and I warmed them up and had them for dinner. Over all I enjoyed the taste of the recipe but I have tasted some better ones. We are going to try this one again later this summer.

Crispy Cucumbers and Tomatoes in Dill Dressing

Mushroom Blue Cheese Turkey Burgers

Our was very moist. We ended up having to cook it in the oven because we were afraid it was not going to stay on the grill. We also mixed in the blue cheese in the mixture before we cooked it. As for taste...my roommate does NOT like mushrooms. He tried a small amount and he went back for more. They are really good. I made some large patties and some small meatball size for more snacking. Overall really good. Will make it again.

Grilled Greek-Style Zucchini

This was really good. We ended up with allot of veggies so we put it in a foil pan and put it on the grill. We ran out of room on the grill (found out the back wasn't working) so we finished it up in the oven. Everyone loved it. Even the boys that do not usually eat veggies. I will Definitely make this again.

Raspberry Lemonade Pie

We made this pie yesterday for our family gathering. Everyone really loved it. My boyfriend isn’t a fan of tart and sour things and he even enjoyed it. We did run into a problem though as we finished the pie. We had a problem getting it to set right. It was in the refrigerator for more than four hours but the middle was still really runny. We stuck what we had left in the freezer. Today we took it out of the freezer and put it in the refrigerator. And though it did not (hasn’t yet) become runny, it seems the softer it got the faster it is falling apart. We did use Fat-Free cream cheese, jell-o and cool whip. I’m not sure weither that made a difference or not though. Next time I think I’m going to use something other than the fat-free items and see if it makes a difference. I am also going to put the raspberries at the bottom of the pan and pour the filling over the top of them. This pie was really yummy. I’m definitely keeping this recipe and making it again.
