Creamy Baked Ziti

This is so yummy!! It's quick ... it's easy ... what more could you want in a recipe! Serve it up with a salad and garlic bread ... dinner is served!

Very delicious! Followed the recipe the way it was written except I may have used a bit more sweet potatoe since I wanted to use up some left over baked ones I had. Made a very moist and delicious twist on a traditional pound canke. Know this one is a keeper since the husband went back for seconds!

Best Beef Stroganoff

There isn't much flavor to this recipe and my sauce didn't really thicken as it should have. Next time I am going to add a bit more garlic, and season my beef with salt and pepper and work on the thickening of the sauce and I think it will be better.
