Pumpkin Bread IV

This bread is wonderful! I made 2 large loaves and 2 small loaves, and they were all gone in an instant. I substituted unsweetened applesauce for the oil, as some other reviewers have suggested, and it was AMAZING! So moist!!

Yogurt Chicken

Delicious & simple! It's a recipe that will please just about anyone. The only thing I do differently, is use lemon flavored yogurt instead of plain yogurt. I still add the lemon juice to it, it gives it a little stronger flavor. Thanks so muc for sharing the recipe!

Delicious! My husband and I couldn't believe how delectible this was!!!! All the reviewers are correct, the sauce is amazing. This one is going into my prestigeous recipe book. I served this over egg noodles, and I think it'd be great over rice too. Thanks so much for sharing!!!

Russian Mushroom and Potato Soup

Very good! My husband always said that he's not a big fan of mushrooms, but he really enjoyed this soup!!! This is going into my personal recipe box, and lets just say very few recipes make it there. Thanks so much for sharing!!!

Tea Cakes

If I could give this recipe 10 stars, I would! Absolutely delicious! This made 74 small tea cakes for me. I followed other reveiwers advice, and rolled about 1 tsp. of dough into a ball, then flattened it a little before baking. Also, chilling the dough is recomended. They made the cutest little cookies.

Great recipe! I think I made mine too large, I would recomend making them fairly small. I used several different kinds of jelly with one bath of cookies. It made them very colorful and gave us a nice variety. This will go in the recipe book for sure!

Lobster Pasta

Great recipe to build upon!!! I always use immitation lobster meat instead of the real stuff. It's way cheaper, it tastes great, and it's pretty healthy!! I used a jar of ready made spagetti sauce instead of diced tomatoes. I cut the cinnamon in half, as several other reviewers have mentioned. I also took the onions completely out of the recipe and used about 1/4 tsp. oregano. It turned out beautifully! My fiance and I both LOVED it!!! This is going in my recipe book for sure! Thanks for sharing!

Mouthwatering Crabmeat Pan Seared Filets

Really great idea, and a great starting point that you can build on! I used imitation crab meath, and I've also tried it with imitation lobster meat. It's delicious either way! I also like to saute the crab meeat with the butter and a splash of champaign. Yummy!

Black Cherry JELL-O Poke Cake

I surprised my mom with this cake for her birthday. Everyone really enjoyed it. It's super moist. You can play around with what kind of cake mix you use, and also with different flavors of Jello. This recipe is a keeper!
