Warm Tuna Buns

These are very good. I used capers because I didn't have any olives. I also cooked @ 250 for 45 minutes. I used Kings Hawaiian Sandwich Buns. These are very large. I also put two of them in the freezer to have @ a later time.

Creamy Spinach Soup

Pretty good.. I used 1lb of fresh spinach in stead of the frozen spinach. Served it with some shredded cheddar cheese. I will be making this again.

New Mexico Oatmeal Pie

I made this today because I had a lot of oatmeal and extra piecrust to use. When I checked it at 30 minutes, it very loose. I turned the oven off and let it sit in the oven for an extra 15 minutes. It came out perfect. This is one of the easiest and tastiest pies that I have ever made. It would be good with vanilla ice cream too.

Evin's Indian Apricot Chicken

Very easy to make and very good. I didn't have fresh limes, so I mixed a little bit of lime juice in with the butter. I will probably make this again this week. I would double the amount of chicken next time. There was enough sauce to do that.

Cheese Lover's Chicken

I made this tonight for a very late dinner. I read some of these reviews. It was not blandl It was very easy to make. I didn't have to brown the chicken first. You should first try this as stated as in the directions. It Came out very well

Seattle Dutch Babies

When I made this I cooked this for about 20 minutes. I thought it was ok, but I'm sure it could be better. My daughter said she would prefer it to have less eggs. She said it would be better if it tasted more like a pancake. I'm really not sure how this should taste, because I never had a real Dutch Baby. I'm going to try it again with only two eggs and see what happens.

Heavenly Hot Dog Sauce

Really nice texture to it. I made exactly as is, but I didn't put enough crushed red pepper in it. I would probably use about a tsp. When I make it again I'm going to add a can of green chillies to it.
