Country Corn Casserole

Reviewed: Nov. 26, 2009
YUM. This was a pretty good recipie...I did use fresh red and green pepper and used RITZ instead of just plain saltines. I also used cream instead of just milk. It was just like I had remembered.

Double Cheesy Au Gratin Potatoes

Reviewed: Nov. 26, 2009
a good recipie. I did add paprika and I did not stir the potatoes after they were cooked. Next time I will fold the cheese into the potatoes and not just on the top (the cheese got too hard)

Chicken Noodle Casserole II

Reviewed: Nov. 26, 2009
It is a good base recipie. The canned chicken is a little off putting to me so I used 3 real chicken breasts and boiled them with some salt and olive oil. I added 1/4 cup of peas and 5 stalks of celery (sliced) and some salt and pepper. Next time I am going to scale back on the sour cream as the 1 pt is too much. I also cooked the noodles before I baked in the oven.

This recipe tastes like what my mom used to make when I was little!!! It was so good and I followed the directions as far as the ingredients go and I put them into a round cake pan and baked it for 50 minutes. PREFECT!

Potato Chowder Soup I

Reviewed: Aug. 5, 2009
This a great basic recipe but I added a lot of different items because it was a little bland. I added Fresh sage, thyme, oregano and garlic powder and fresh jalepeno. I don't particularly like cooked carrots so I left them out.

Ooey-Gooey Cinnamon Buns

Reviewed: May 24, 2009
First and foremost I am not a baker...I cannot bake anything. These came out pretty good...The Ooey Gooey part was a little bit crunchy for me so I threw it back in the oven OG side up for about 5 minutes on 400 degrees and it melted the brown sugar a little better. I will put more butter on the inside next time before I roll as they were a little dry. I ttakes a long time to make so I would reccomend thatyou do your dough the night before if you plan to have this for breakfast.
