Garlic Butter

This is an amazing recipe! Although I did cut the garlic salt down to one teaspoon because I used salted butter, I found the perfect garlic butter. I used a 1/2 and 1/2 butter and margarine but other than these two minor changes I followed all other ingredients to a T. Thanks Denyse for sharing this recipe.

Creamy Pimento Cheese

excellent recipe. The only addition i made to the recipe was a splace of worsteshire and 1 tablespoon of minced onion. I also used whiped cream cheese. Wonderful!

Hearty Ham Casserole

This is a great recipe for left over ham. I did not have corn on hand, so I added a half of a can of peas and carrots. I followed the recipe as written until the cheese sauce. I did half and half, velveeta and sharp cheddar, the flavor is more robust that way. Salt and Pepper and this is a great meal. I served with a loaf of french bread/butter. Thanks!
